Architectural approval is one of the most important aspects of Eastbluff. Preserving aesthetic harmony is critical to maintaining the community’s design and enhancing property values. The Association's CC&Rs require that all exterior improvements be subject to Architectural Review and approval. Homeowners are requested to not begin any such improvements until approval is received.
To assist in ensuring your application process is accurate and complete, we recommend that our members contact Tamara Smith at South Coast Property Management for the most current forms and information that may be needed, including copies of Architectural Guidelines & Applications (these forms are also available online in the documents section of the Members Only website).

Newport Beach City Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 pm. The meetings take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach. The City Council typically hold Study Sessions prior to each meeting starting at 4:00 p.m. Special meetings may also be held at other times at the request of the mayor, or majority of the council members. The agenda is available at the city clerk's office at city hall on the Thursday morning preceding every council meeting.
The Planning Commission meets twice monthly on the Thursday immediately preceeding the next City Council Meeting. Meetings also take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Nextdoor.com is a social networking service that allows users to connect with people who live in their neighborhood and nearby neighborhoods. Similar to Facebook, Nextdoor limits access to posts to the people in each neighborhood or those nearby. A number of our Eastbluff neighbors are already registered.
PARKING PERMITS
Information on purchase of parking permits is available at City web site:
The RESIDENTIAL ZONE 3 PARKING PERMIT entitles a motor vehicle to occupy a single space in Residential Zone 3 - Eastbluff in excess of 1 hour, if space is available. Parking shall be restricted to a one hour limit on signed streets in the Eastbluff area, on school days from September through June each school year, except by vehicles displaying permit.
The permit does not allow violation of any other parking regulations. The City has a 72 hour parking ordinance which does not allow the parking of vehicles on any public street or public parking lot for 72 consecutive hours or more. Permit holders are not exempt from this ordinance.
This permit is not valid on a motor vehicle that is 84 inches or more in width or more than 84 inches in height or more than 22 feet in length.
Parking permit and parking restriction is effective from September through June on school days each school year. The price for a permanent or guest permit is $16 each. Residents are not required to buy a permit. The permits available are “guest” (which is a transferable hang tag) or “permanent” (not transferable bumper sticker). The City is not responsible for a permit that is lost or stolen. Replacement fee for lost or stolen permit is $16 each.
